Mission

We are a worker-owned design cooperative supporting organizations, businesses, and individuals. We seek to create quality work that includes brand strategy and web design.

Vision

As a cooperative, GrooveVsn aims to create sustainable and autonomous working environments for Black and POC creatives. We’re driven to provide resources to empower our communities to create their own narratives.

Our Cooperative principles

Concern for Community

We met through political organizing and we want to continue to center community in our work. We provide a collaborative working style to support individuals in their journey and offer sliding scale services for clients.

Autonomy and Independence

We chose to form a cooperative to center our collective well-being and wellness as workers. We strive to create a nourishing and sustainable workplace that we govern together.

Education and Training

We want to be a resource and provide opportunities to BIPOC creatives, centering the development of Black & LGBTQIA folx while providing education around communications, narrative strategy and branding.
